~Reaching You/ Kimi Ni Todoke~The story is set in the classroom/school environment
and deals with a weird girl named Kuronuma Sawako
(Nickname Sadako as in "The Ring")
and her efforts to become someone
who doesn't scare people away and to make friends.
Her aspiration is Kazehaya-kun, a man who, to her, is "100% refreshness"
(Weird I know, but that is her idea of him).
Anyways, the story is very light and comical, so its fun to read.

Bad news is, as I said earlier, it was already licensed
by Viz company. WAH!
So-- I'm thinking of buying the manga.

I'll buy Kimi ni Todoke! Wah! T.T

Good News, an anime adaptation of Kimi ni Todoke
is currently announced for Fall 2009,
and an unconfirmed live-action TV drama
is also said to be in the making for April 2009.

When I started reading mangas,
I didn't really expect that
it was this (Philippines - America) ADDICTIVE!
OH MY GAARA! xD
I, with all my might, will finish a specific manga
within the day most especially if it's all about

Torn Between Two Brothers

Hikaru Wakamiya is a young lady who is
most probably close to our otaku heart. ^^
A student who goes to an all-girls school.
One day, she is attempting to help a younger student from bullies when
a handsome young boy strolls by and promptly gets rid of the bullies.
However, afterwards, the supposed prince plants
a very passionate kiss on her.
Thus, being renamed a perverted prince by the very outraged Hikaru.
A few days later, Hikaru is invited on a group date with
her friends and some boys in a neighboring school.
She was looking forward to it but was shocked to see that the boy
who kissed her was included in the date!
She marches up to him and demands an apology but
it seems that the boy doesn't remember anything
and is like a whole new person.

Hikaru later finds out that though they have almost
the same face (except for the eye color), the half-brothers
Arata (the perverted prince) and Takara (the dreamboat prince)
are very different from each other.
Soon, HIkaru falls in love with one of them
not knowing that the other brother also has feelings for her.
The rest is a jumble of feeling as both Takara and Arata
attempt to win HIkaru's heart.
In the end, who will she choose?

Well, this is the first manga that made me cry. It affected me so much.
I always think about it before I sleep.
It's just that, it is so sad.
But I'm happy because the end is exactly what I want it to be.
It has this whimsical romance genre and
I'm sure you all will love it.
*I just hate the mature thingy in the story.*

No matter how much pain you feel, never stop loving!
Because one day for sure, it'll turn into eternal love.
